On the domains configuration page you can add web hosting, domain addon products and enter the registration information such your your name and legal type. Complete this information and click "Continue".

Complete checkout

In order to complete the transfer you now need to complete checkout and either register for new account with us or sign in to your existing account and make your payment if required.

What is the EPP code?

The EPP code is needed when you transfer your domain unless this is a .uk TLD and other specific domains. The EEP code is the authorisation code issued by your current domain registrar which acts as security to ensure only the rightful owner can transfer a domain name.

How long does it take to transfer a domain?

The process is usually very quick and your domain can be transferred within minutes. On rare occasions this can take longer as we need to wait for the transfer to be confirmed by the registry. Please allow up to 24 hours for your domain to be transferred.

Do you charge any fees?

No, we do not charge any fees to transfer in a domain name. The only cost will be cost of the domain name for another year unless it is a specific TLD such as .uk.

If you are getting an error

If you are getting an error when trying to transfer your domain name you need to check there is nothing stopping the transfer from your current registrar. Check the EPP code is correct, the domain is active and not in pending status and there is no transfer lock in place preventing your from transferring the domain.

Why do I have to pay?

For all but a few specific TLDs you will need to pay to transfer your domain name, For example, if you transfer a .com domain name to us you will be charged the cost of 1 years registration. The domain name will then be registered for another year.

Does my current provider charge a fee?

This is something you will need to ask your current registrar. While most do not charge we do know that some do charge a fee such as an administration fee to transfer out a domain name.
